Please note once orders have been dispatched we are not liable for any delays, lost or stolen items. ​

Platinum Lash Supplies offers refunds and exchanges only on items that are faulty. We do not accept returns/exchanges due to change of mind. ​

Items must be returned within 7 business days. Items must be in the original condition, in it's original packaging, unused and undamaged. ​

Items must be properly packaged and sent by tracked delivery with proof of purchase. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund (purchase price not including postage) will be processed within 7 business days. If items are deemed faulty, return postage will be refunded.
